Lakeside Steel Manufacturing Co

History

The company began in 1914 as Kenosha Boiler and Structural Co. It provided structural steel and weldments to local industry and a variety of steel fabrications in the Midwest.

The company changed its name to Lakeside Steel & Mfg. Co. to better represent the change from pressure vessel and structural steel framing work, to heavier fabrications with plate and miscellaneous structural work the focus going forward.

In 2014, Lakeside Steel & Mfg. Co. celebrated its 100th Anniversary in business here in Kenosha, WI.

Our Team

Management and office operations are handled by experienced employees with company service from 2 years to over 40 years. Our staff handles estimating, customer relations, producing and processing drawings, and clarifying manufacturing issues.

Besides the management group  with over 120 years combined experience at Lakeside, our shop team has excellent longevity with the company as well. Years of service range from 1 year to over 38 years.
