Quench Presses

Simpletec Hydraulic and Pneumatic Quench Presses are offered in various capacities from 5 T to 200 T or higher. The pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely as required. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Even machines can be supplied with automatic loading units. Simpletec offer hydraulic and pneumatic quench presses having one to four stations, operated by only one operator. Machines are custom built as per the specific requirements of the clients.

Track Presses

Simpletec Hydraulic Double Ram Track Presses are available from 180T to 350T. These machines are suitable for manufacturing new chains and also for rebuilding/reconditioning. Machine operation is simple and safe. A single hand lever controls forward and return strokes of the rams during assembly as well during disassembly. The machine can be equipped with Track Winder, Roller Conveyor, Hydraulic Torque Wrench, Roller/Idler Welding Machines, etc.

Hydraulic Test Rigs & Pressure Testing Machines

Simpletec offers Test Rigs for Hydraulic Cylinders and High Pressure Hydraulic Pressure Testing Machines. Test rigs for hydraulic cylinders are designed for testing as per IS: 10586 and as per various international standards for pressure, endurance, leakage, etc. Test pressure, drag pressure, oil flow, oil temperature, number of test cycles, etc. are displayed on HMI and can be recorder with the help of Data Acquisition System. Hydraulic pressure testing machines are offered for testing CI pipes, shell, gun barrel, hoses, etc., up 2500 bar or above

Railway Track Machinery
