Pressure Vessels

Brazos Manufacturing has the ability to design, fabricate, and repair high pressure vessels for many custom applications.

Brazos holds both a “U” Stamp and an “R” Stamp as outlined by ASME code. This is an extreme standard issued only after a company has met rigorous standards for process and quality. “R” stamp provides the ability to repair vessels and boilers. While the “U” stamp gives the ability build and fabricate pressure vessels. This is according to Section VII Division I of the ASME code.

Vessels Range 30” up to 144” are standard.

All completed Vessels follow rigorous quality control standards – Including 100% Visualization, X-Ray, and HyrdoTesting in accordance to ASME Code Section 8 Division 1.
