Many loading docks are too high for a leveler or dock board to overcome the height difference safely. Brazos manufacturers a design of steel wheel risers that can turn a dangerous situation into a safe working environment.

Heavy duty steel wheel risers make it easy to bring a trailer or truck into a dock. Our risers are compliant with OSHA requirements and are designed for a smooth grade for forklifts. These rugged, steel wheel ramps provide fast and safe loading and unloading.

Traction surface steel plate welded to the steel plate riser box allows the truck or van driver to back onto the set of wheel risers and minimize the dock-to-truck floor height difference. At that point a Brazos steel dock board will allow a fork-truck to easily move in and out of the truck. The standard wheel riser sets below will accommodate single or tandem axle – single or dual wheel trailers. They will add from 6″ to 12″ to the finished height of the trailer for easier access whether loading or unloading.
