Connor’s CNC forming equipment and technical experience is our basis for economical parts and product solutions. Connor can produce a diversity of wire, rod, and bar-based forming components in complex 3-dimensional configurations ranging from coiling, curves, loops, bends, and twists.
Connor’s equipment can accommodate wire and rod diameters as small as 0.006 inches or 0.15mm and as large as 0.47mm or 12mm. Our CNC flat bar forming is capable of bending, forming, and twisting materials as thick as 6mm.
Connor has extensive experience with wire forming using a variety of materials, ranging from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, coppers, and various alloy.
We utilize the latest CNC and Robotic forming equipment, thus, eliminating or minimizing the need for expensive tooling on many projects.
