DOUBLED SHEETS
Formats
The standard formats of an embossed sheet are 1000x2000mm, 1250x2500mm, 1500x3000mm in the various embossing shapes (compatibly with the molds available in the individual bosses). Special measures can also be carried out if the quantity allows it.
Thicknesses
The thicknesses that we can make range from 0.5mm to 5.00mm Naturally, each type of boss has limitations as regards the width and thickness that can be executed.
Bosses
We have 9 different types of bosses: RHOMBUS, STICK, SQUARE, SEMI-SPHERICAL. In case you want a particular design, if the quantity allows it, we are able to build a mold with a boss shape to your liking.
Edges and non-perforated areas
This type of processing, embossing, DOES NOT allow to obtain a perimeter border without bosses.
Second processes
Even for embossed sheets we can perform some additional processing such as:
- squaring with particular shapes
- bending
- calendering
- welding
- painting
- galvanizing
