Hartwell Manufacturing offer your complete chimney solutions. This can be a single flue, supported on a single mast, to the largest free-standing chimneys in Europe. Manufactured from mild steel, through to high-grade stainless steel. From your concept design, we can create your image, pre- assembled in our 80,000 square ft workshop. This can have aircraft warning and full internal working platforms and test emissions points. The structure can be clad in our works, painted or even polished in stainless steel. From a twinwall stainless steel liner to a fully welded engine exhaust rate to 10 bar and fully tested in our workshop. We can replace existing chimney liners or remove the complete existing chimney and replace with new.

Self- Supporting Structures
Hartwell Manufacturing can create a lattice-work structure, to support a modular flue system. This can be fabricated in circular hollow section, to the larger fabrications – manufactured from a square hollow section. These can hold 1 liner through to a multi-mast support holding up to 30 liners. (Please see multi- mast support at Peterborough hospitals for more detail)
