President Jim Heinrich is the on-site project manager, while Vice President Ben Heinrich focuses on the in-house management and controls.
Ben and Jim understand the complexities of conveyors and what is needed for a successful design and installation.
Heinrich Brothers is known for producing quality equipment installations and staying with a project not only until a customer is satisfied but beyond the sale. “Designing and installing a conveyor system is complex,” says Ben. “Cartons and boxes can get stuck, twist, and turn unexpectedly.” Ben adds that adjustments must be made with guardrails and rollers to move product effectively and efficiently. “Critical factors we have to consider include product size and shape, carton material and product weight. Even humidity and static electricity can effect how a product moves.” Heinrich Brothers works hard to provide our clients with conveyor systems, pallet rack shelving, mezzanines and prefab buildings that meet their needs–at a reasonable price.
Heinrich Brothers has grown to 15 employees who manage, design, install, and repair in Pennsylvania and the surrounding states, including Ohio, West Virginia, New York and Maryland.
Using AutoCad and other modeling programs, Heinrich Brothers draws and designs conveyor systems as well as shelving, pallet rack, prefab buildings and mezzanine layouts.
Floor plans, product weight and size, traffic patterns and business needs are considered to ensure an efficient system for their customers.
