They are machines specially designed for manual blasting of large pieces. Once the piece has been introduced into the cabin, the operators, duly protected, enter the cabin to proceed with the manual blasting of the pieces. The structure of the room is modularly designed, which facilitates adaptation to the measures of each application.
There are different configurations for entry and exit of parts, either with one or 2 entry doors for parts, with self-propelled or manual trolleys, a practicable roof that allows the use of the crane of the pavilion where the machine is installed, if applicable.
All the rooms are equipped with systems for the collection, cleaning and selection of shot and for the collection and filtering of the dust generated, by means of air aspiration.
The blasting rooms are covered with anti-wear material and their interior is perfectly lit to ensure that the work is done easily and comfortably.
